New Job

Well Jen is going to make use of that schooling she has recently completed. She just accepted a job as an RN for a hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL. We are both excited as this will allow us to easily purchase a home next spring. Over this past month Tyler has continued to grow like a weed. He is now 12.5 LBS. He has started to smile allot and is soooo cute. We are both loving having him in our family.

Long Week

What a week this has been. Scott has been in the hospital since last friday. They seem to be dragging their feet with testing and coming up with a diagnosis. Jen has started job hunting and is applying to many different Nursing Jobs. Tyler, well he has gotten to spend some time with his dad. He has gone in everyday dad has been in the hospital. Scott has enjoyed having him visit and seems to cheer up a little more when he is there. Well, we all pray that Scott is discharged soon and continues to travel a healthy path through life. Please say Hi we would love to see some reply's...

A spark of Life

Jennifer and I decided we wanted to start a family as she was finishing her RN degree. So, along came Tyler. Tyler was born on 7/29 at 1:28pm. He was 7lbs 5ozs. Hard to believe it has been a month since he joined our family. We did have a little scare through out the pregnancy. We found out that Tyler forgot that you are suppose to have 2 bones in your lower legs. His right leg did not grow a Fibula. He has been diagnosed with Fibular Hemimelia and will under go surgery when he is about 9 months old. Regardless, we now have a precious little boy.

Tyler has quickly grown to love the beach as much as his parents do. An ocean breeze puts him to sleep so quickly.

The Beginning

Jennifer and I met while working at Pinellas County EMS. We worked as partners for a while and through out our partnership we developed a great friendship. We became best friends and quickly realized that a life long love had developed through out this partnership.

We were married in 2007 and even had to pleasure of being married by one of my closest friends. Our Pastor was actually one of my co-workers and dear friend. Our wedding was great... we worked very hard for over a year planning this perfect day. We found a great location and came up with special ways to decorate the outdoor area only for mother nature to decide to keep us indoors for the day... What do they say?? Rain, Rain go away and come back another day..... Not so much.

 We went to Playa Del Carmen in Mexico for our honeymoon. What a trip. Yes that is Jennifer she is on her way down into a Cynaota.  It is a deep sinkhole that has developed it's own forest system. We had a great trip, Swimming with Dolphins, Enjoying Six Star living and Dining, Cliff Jumping, and even swimming with Jellyfish..ok that was not a fun part of the trip, very long story.
